At Merry People, we want you to love your boots as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether you need a different size or a different color, we are here to make your exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your unworn boots back into their original shoebox and shipping satchel, ensuring all tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Print and Post

  Generate your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your full refund or dispatch your new pair within 3-5 business days.
